When
Week five of each half term. Ninety minutes. Present: principal, phase leaders, heads of Arabic, mathematics, and the language of instruction.
Steps
- Bring the attainment map and ten books from a named class, not a chosen display.
- Mark each priority: moved, stalled, or wrong problem.
- Name at most three reteach actions, each with an owner and a date inside three weeks.
- Record students who made little progress and the in-class response.
- File the note where next half term's meeting can find it.
