The site walk happens. Patterns change supervision. Students know whom to tell. This is the floor for a school that wants its care to be judged Good.
Strong
Leaders test the route with questions, not assumptions. Wellbeing and attendance sit in the same review as safeguarding.
Reference practice
The culture is visible when the lead is out: the deputy runs the same standard, and the record is still honest.
If anything on the establishing list is open, it outranks academic projects in the action plan.
