Establishing
The year map exists, starting points are stored, and leaders have read ordinary books. This is the work of moving out of a weak pattern.
Reliable
Moderation happens before reports. Half-term reviews change the next three weeks. Most students meet the standard and the exceptions have owners. This is the shape of a Good academic operation.
Strong
The share exceeding the standard is a managed goal. Coaching has a second visit. Curriculum joins between years are checked in week two.
Reference practice
New teachers can find the map, the standard, and the students' starting points without asking a single person. The school can show several years of the same habits.
Move one stage at a time. Do not write the reference-practice paragraph into the self-evaluation while the establishing list is unfinished.
